Today my family celebrated the life of my grandma, who passed away on All Souls day 2/11/05. I will miss her dearly and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for her jam doughnuts, yummy trifle, fruit jelly and icecream, spaghetti bolognaise, her roast dinners and all her love! She was born in Egypt in 1917, spoke 6 languages and moved to England before migrating to Australia. She was an extremely generous, prompt, honest and proud woman. I hope to be as great a grandma as she was to me one day!
